That's what my leg is doing right now.
I have a muscle twitch in the middle of my right thigh, at the front. It's the weirdest feeling. How do I get rid of it though? It's starting to drive me a little nuts!
I'm sure it will go away eventually. J's a little amazed that I've never experienced this before. I guess I've had a twitch in my eye before (I tend to get that when I'm stressed or over-tired) but it's never happened in my leg before.
Has anyone else had this before? And more importantly, how the heck did you get rid of it?!

I used to get a muscle twitch in my arm when I sat a certain way - I think it was pressing on a nerve in my arm. Perhaps you could do some stretches for your back and legs?
Yep. I get them sometimes for days in my upper arm when my back is out. It becomes really bothersome when they last for more than a day.
I would look towards knotted muscles in your shoulders or back to find the culprit. It sounds as if you have been under a lot of stress.
Try some of those sport drinks. They work wonders for cramps, might help with twitches too.
Make a knucle stick out of your fist and punch it as hard as you can.
Problem solved.
Gnat.

Ugh. I hate when I get twitches. I'd definitely go for stretching it out. Good luck getting rid of it.
Probably that restless leg syndrome they are always yakking about on TV. The
I got a twitch in my fingers last night. Gone today, but not nice while it lasted.
I sometimes get that when I'm tired. A good hard rub down and sleep usually helps.
I get a twitch in my middle finger when my wife upsets me, it causes the the finger to suddenly stiffen and point in her direction.
I just read pk's last comment & burst out laughing!
I just wondered if you know your photo is not showing up?
You left a comment on my post, & I noticed it was blank.
Thanks for calling in!!
I put it on a bus and sent it to school.
Just kidding. Do some stretches, perhaps, and a little heat. Alternatively, you can take two weeks off work and become a couch potato and eat lots of chocolate. I hear chocolate cures everything :)!
Oh sure I get those. I don't know what causes it or how to get rid of it. I just wait it out.
Now twitch your fingers on the keyboard and let us know what you have been up to!!
