I love Mac computers but as my Ipod, my sisterinlaw's, and my husband's have stopped working within a year of getting them, I'm not impressed with their gadgets. Shame though cos they are cool

I KMOW! And here I went and bought another phone yesterday. Boo hoo. (Maybe I can get the child to flush it down the toilet. Bad thought, bad thought!)

They're the next new thing, apparently. So, I don't think you're alone.

velcro - that's a pretty bad run with ipods there. Perhaps we've been lucky.

float - probably a good thing you got a new phone. By the time it's ancient and you're looking for a new one, we might actually see the iphone here in Australia. I heard they won't be available here until late 2008! :(

TAB - heh, I've seen lots of people mentioning them on their blogs. Not to mention a lot of people at work want one. But late 2008 until we can get one??? Oh man...

I've got an iPAQ. They're great as a PDA, crap as a phone. I think I prefer my wife's new nextG phone.

I've sat here for a few days, reading comments, looking at the picture, etc. and I still can't figure out exactly what that thing is. Someone help me out here please!

steve - I've never used a iPaq myself - only ever had a Palm. What do you like about the NextG?

charm - if you cilck on the pic it will take you to more info about it. Basically its an ipod + phone from Apple

Being able to surf the internet is probably the biggest selling point for NextG, oh and video calls.

The iPAQ isn't bad for sending text messages as it's a lot easier to type them out. The screen is all scratched on mine though, from playing solitaire on it.

What I would realy like is a well established rose garden... some mature fruit trees... and a small, private swimming pool...then again it is winter here and quite grey.

The garden sounds lovely fairscape - I wouldn't mind one of those either!
