Thanks!

Thanks for all the birthday wishes everyone :) Much appreciated.

I had a lovely day, even though I had to work. I was given some gorgeous flowers from my two special guys, amongst other things (yes, I did get the Sims expansion pack I hinted at). I just love getting flowers.

We had takeaway chinese food for dinner (chicken and sweet corn soup and prawn with cashews - yum!) and Vienetta icecream for dessert. I haven't had that in a while.

Chickie actually wanted us to go out for dinner instead of doing the takeaway. He's asked to go out to restaurants several times recently. He's a little social butterfly! Since we're all going to a 21st this saturday and then J and I are going out by ourselves on Sunday night (sushi and a movie) though, I wanted a quieter night last night.

We're thinking of seeing Deja Vu on Sunday, has anyone seen it? Is it any good?

Awwww. Happy Belated Birthday! I am such a slacker but things have been weird here. Kids have been in and out of school. Snow has been coming out of nowhere. Chinese food sounds really good right now! Well I am glad you had a great day. I will be sure to check on you more often:( I am such a slacker! Oh and I haven't seen that movie. I heard it was good though!

Caramaena...As an alternative method to access the music, just click on the title of the song (Vienna Teng - My Medea) found right on the media player on my blog. That will take you right to the site where the source is. Hopefully this way works! Enjoy! :-)

Thanks for visiting!

I've just noticed your book list further down the page. I have a signed copy of one of Terry Pratchett's books, from when he was in Australia a few years ago.

Hope you aren't going to see "Flipper" after eating sushi, you might have dined on his mom...

Glad you had a great birthday, your family sounds wonderful.

You're a Pratchett fan! One of my favourite authors.

dave - thanks for the movie recommendation. I'm thinking we will see that one. Btw I tried clicking on the link to go to the source but it didn't work there either. I'll try it on a pc (I reckon that's what the problem is).

tasha - thanks :) You're not a slacker - just busy! I can understand that.

dogbait - thanks. Hope your birthday was fun too :)

fairscape - thanks :) Good to hear from you.

steve - cool! Did you actually get to meet him? (colour me jealous if you did!). Have you read the latest - Wintersmith?

phos - thanks, and yes, I do have a wonderful family. I try not to think of flipper when I eat sushi ;)

velcro - oh yes, I recommend him to anyone I can. I gave one of his books to my nephew for Christmas too (Only You Can Save Mankind).
