Oh, and one more...

I have a pair of el cheapo thongs (flips flops for those over the pond) that I keep in the laundry to wear outside when hanging clothes on the line etc. Anyway, it's been cooler lately and I've been wearing shoes and therefore socks. Socks don't work too well with thongs so I've been thinking of getting some of those Crocs things (well the Target, Big W ones).

We went shopping and got Chickie a green pair, because green is his favourite colour. I was feeling a bit frivolous, saw these and decided why not! Believe it or not but these are actually kids shoes. A size 4! My feet are smallish (ladies size 7) but I was surprised by this. I mean I know they're supposed to be a little big on you but the 6's and even 5's were way too big.

So anyway I think they're kinda cute :D

My daughter wants a pair of those Crocs too! I have been hesitating but I think I'm going to give in. They might be handy when I'm changing the water in the yard.

Yeah, Crocs are pretty popular in our house too. Everyone owns a pair with the exception of my older daughter (who has SWORN never to own a pair) and me (who doesn't care to own any, but I'm not so strong minded about it).

I just wear slip on sneaks and walk the counters down so they are kind of like crocs, 'cept different.

Just about everyone around here has crocs (except us!). Holly will get some next year - did you know you can now buy cute little decorations to put in all the holes?? They think of everything, don't they? Floor and closet looks great, btw.

Oh my lord, my Climber would LOVE your crocs. I can't believe Chickie is not demanding a pirate pair of his own. I suppose he could grow into yours one day...

I've been contemplating the croc - a lot of boys at school wear them so Climber asked me for a pair, and they do come in pretty purple (my fave) but it stopped being summer so I haven't bought them yet.

oh great one - that's basically all I want them for, to wear out in the back yard.

robin - sounds like someone needs a pair of crocs for her birthday... ;)

phos - ah but do your sneaks have skulls and crossbones?? heheh

h&s - must have a look out for those. Chickie loves his new shoes and has been showing everybody. I'm sure he'd love some decorations as well.

stomper - actually I'm a little surprised too. Chickie's right into pirates lately, but I guess he just can't go past his fave colour. He just loves green.

I haven't seen any decent colours in adult sizes so far. Well, I will admit I haven't looked all that hard. I pretty much saw these and stopped looking!

Are they comfortable? I read somewhere they are very comfortable, but they look so -big!

meggie - actually they are very comfy. One bit of advice - get a size bigger than you think you'll need.

After wearing mine for a few days, I think I should have. When I tried them on in the shop though, the next size up seemed huge.
